Malinda Ware is a CCE Administration Strategic Engagement Specialist. She has been employed at CCESC since 2017 while working briefly with CCEOC. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and relationship-building which is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance staff engagement and professional development including New Staff Orientation.

Malinda graduated with a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and, BA In Integrated Marketing. She is also a graduate of the HR and CCE Health Essentials from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University.

Finally, Malinda is a former Human Rights Commissioner of Newburgh NY, and a former commissioner of the Newburgh Housing Authority. She has been volunteering for several community-based organizations for more than 35 years.

Malinda is very involved in her community, and since the pandemic, she has founded the UJIMA Children’s Literacy program, partnering with the Newburgh Free Library.
