Invasive Species Workshop: Walking Tour at the Hurleyville Rail Trail

Walk through a part of the rail trail and identify invasive species taking over along the way with Katie Gasior, Horticulture Subject Educator. We will discuss identification, threat, and management techniques. 

Spot and learn more about invasives like: 

  • Multiflora Rose
  • Beech Leaf Disease
  • Japanese Knotweed

This event will be happening rain or shine! Please wear sensible shoes and bring an umbrella. Class will be rescheduled in the event of a thunder or lightning storm.
