Each class in the program series will focus on a specific healthy eating theme or cooking technique and include a recipe to demonstrate the concept. Learn more about local, in-season produce and sample food prepared in class together. Each class will also include a short physical activity component.

Learn a variety of skills from food safety skills to how to get produce from the Farmers' Market ready for your dinner table! Get the tools and knowledge you need to make healthier and more empowered decisions. Get creative with seasonal produce, nurture yourself, and connect with others!
