With a dynamic career rooted in catering and hospitality management, Kim brings a unique blend of entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on expertise to every venture she undertakes. Her business development experience spans industries as varied as cell tower infrastructure and the CBD market, all of which informed the successful launch of her own café—Sweet Pea's Cafe in New Windsor, NY.

From concept to execution, Kim served as Chef and Owner, crafting a menu centered on locally sourced ingredients and made-from-scratch offerings that reflect her passion for quality and community. Outside of work, Kim enjoys cooking, camping, music, and spending time with family and friends.
