Colleen Monaghan, MPA, SHRM-SCP has served in government and nonprofit administration, governance, human resources, and funding and project management for more than 20 years. She manages a $4,500,000 annual operating budget, $4,500,000 in capital assets, and 35 staff in two counties for Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County. She has served both on, and under, multiple boards in the areas of youth, family, and community development, and agriculture and natural resources. She’s a Deadhead, digs art and bonfires, and enjoys spending sunny days in the yard with her partner, son and their dog.
