Colleen Monaghan, MPA, SHRM-SCP has served in government and nonprofit administration, governance, human resources, and funding and project management for more than 15 years. She manages a $2,700,000 annual operating budget, $4,500,000 in capital assets, and 30 staff in two counties for Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County. She has served both on, and under, multiple boards in the areas of youth, family, and community development, and agriculture and natural resources, and volunteers for veterans and educational causes. She’s a Deadhead, digs art and bonfires, and enjoys spending sunny days in the yard with her teenaged son Kiran and their two dogs in Walker Valley, New York.
