Barbara Moran started work as the 4-H Animal Science Program Coordinator in January 2017. In addition to her history as a CCESC member, volunteer, and supporter, she has a wealth of knowledge in the agriculture industry. Barb has a bachelor’s degree in animal science, and is a New York State certified animal science teacher. She owns and operates a local family farm and has over 30 years of experience in the horse industry. She has assisted with 4-H Youth Fair Livestock Auction, as well as various other ag-based programs for youth and adults alike. She works to coordinate clinic and outreach opportunities for 4-H clubs and members interested in growing their knowledge and skills in the animal sciences. 

Barb’s office hours are 3:30pm to 7:30pm Wednesday and Thursday she will be in the field evenings and some weekends.
