What is Tai Chi?

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow and gentle movements with deep breathing.

Tai chi helps:

  • Increase strength, balance, and posture.
  • Prevent the risk of falls.
  • Improve the mind, body, and spirit.
  • Reduce stress.
