Tai Chi for Falls Prevention & Arthritis is an evidence-based gentle exercise and wellness program designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, overall health, and to help prevent falls! This is a 1-hour class once a week for 8 weeks, beginning April 17th and ending June 18th.

All are welcome! Any age or ability.

~ Those with previous experience who want a refresher

What is Tai Chi?

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow and gentle movements with deep breathing.

Tai chi helps:

  • Increase strength, balance, and posture.
  • Prevent the risk of falls.
  • Improve the mind, body, and spirit.
  • Reduce stress.

CCE Sullivan is pleased to provide you with our services. Our Tai Chi program is funded by the Older Americans Act through the NYS Office for the Aging, NYS Department of Health, and your donations. No one will be denied services because of an inability or unwillingness to contribute. Your donations are appreciated.
