Drop in for Tai Chi Tuesdays, an evidence-based gentle exercise and wellness program designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, overall health, and to help prevent falls! This is a 1-hour class once a week for 8 weeks, beginning March 18th and ending May 6th.
All are welcome! Any age or ability.

This class has a fee of $10 to cover the tai chi handbook that will be given to all registered participants. Interested participants can pay via cash, check, or card on the "donate" tab of our website!
