Attention Caregivers! Our in-person Caregiver Cafe is for you!
The Caregiver Café taking place on one Monday a month from October through December will offer a place to connect with others and resources available through the Caregiver Resource Center and Alzheimer's Association. Attendees will have the opportunity to share their concerns and share tips on managing stress, learn about dementia and Alzheimer's, and be provided with community resources. Occasional speakers will be invited to share their expertise.
Brunch will be provided at no cost!
This program provided by a grant from the NYS Department of Health, OFA, CCE/Caregiver Resource Center Program and the Alzheimer's Association.
The Caregiver Resource Center is a co-partnered program between Cornell Cooperative Extension and Office for the Aging of Sullivan County and is supported by a grant from the NYS Office for the Aging’s Caregiver Program.
