Drop in for Tai Chi Tuesdays, an evidence-based gentle exercise and wellness program designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, overall health, and to help prevent falls! This is a 1-hour class once a week for 6 weeks, beginning July 30th and ending September 3rd.
Note that this program has a fee! Pay only $5 per class or $30 for all 6 classes!
All are welcome! Any age or ability.
