The FreshRx Program aims to address food insecurity, improve diet-related health outcomes, and reduce healthcare usage and costs. Nutrition and cooking classes are available free of cost for all interested community members upon registration. Eligible participants can earn up to $240 in nutrition incentives for attending 12 workshops.
Eat Healthy Be Active is a series of workshops on creating a healthy lifestyle taking place at St. John’s Episcopal Church in Monticello from 1:30pm to 2:30pm on Thursdays from July 18th to August 22nd. To register, click the link below or use the QR code on the flyer.
