What is Tai Chi?

Tai chi is an ancient Chinese practice that combines slow and gentle movements with deep breathing.

Tai chi helps:

  • Increase strength, balance, and posture.
  • Prevent the risk of falls.
  • Improve the mind, body, and spirit.
  • Reduce stress.

Join us for the Tai Chi for Arthritis & Falls Prevention series, an evidence-based gentle exercise and wellness program designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, overall health, and to help prevent falls! This is a 1-hour class twice per week for 8 weeks, beginning Tuesday, January 30th and ending Friday, March 22nd.

Note that this program is free for those who want to purchase the book! For all others, a $10.00 fee will be collected at the beginning of the course and reimbursed to those who complete the 8-week program without missing more than 3 sessions.
