Learn how to grow lavender indoors & outdoors!
Gain an understanding of the benefits of this plant when used in value-added products and get inspired with some recipes. We will also conduct a tea tasting, creating a custom blend as well as a lavender oil you can take home!
Learn from farmer Erika Malmgreen of Winterton Farms! Erika is a small farm business owner in Sullivan County with years of experience growing lavender in our climate, and creating value-added products to sell in the region.
There is a $20 fee for this class which includes materials you will use in class and have the opportunity to take home.
