Part 1 - Webinar via Zoom. A presentation from Katie Gasior, our Horticulture Subject Educator, will focus on: 

• starting seeds
• soil health
• prepping for a garden
• basic integrated pest management

Part 2 - A hands on workshop in our CCE garden. We will sow seeds into garden beds and plant transplanted seedlings.

Part 3 - Another hands on workshop in our CCE garden. We will do some gardening in the CCE garden including: 

• troubleshooting
• weeding
• pruning
• basic pest control
