Nan Stolzenburg, AICP Planner from Community Planning & Environmental Associates, will present on zoning policies, definitions, and techniques that open doors for agri-tourism, on-farm sales, breweries, and other farm-related ventures. This event is designed to empower municipal officials with the tools needed to enhance agri-tourism in their community through farm-friendly land use and zoning practices.
