Municipal officials are invited to tour Somewhere in Time Farm so they can experience a working vegetable farm. See firsthand how the operations of the farm work!
Join owner, Justin Sutherland, for a tour and gain firsthand insight into the operations of a working vegetable farm, observing the importance of high tunnels, farm stands, and agri-tourism in generating a reliable income.
Melinda Meddaugh, from CCE Sullivan, will discuss the NYS Ag and Markets Ag District guidelines, their benefits and how they apply to the farm.
*Planning and Zoning Board members will earn 1.5 credits towards their required training hours.*
This program is in partnership with the Sullivan County Division of Planning and Community Development and the Sullivan County Agriculture and Farmland Protection Board.
