Swales: Water Management for Farms

Owner and operator of Unbroken Acres, Anna Zabirova, and owner and operator of Let It Grow Landscapes, will guide a farm tour at Unbroken Acres, explaining examples of water management techniques.

Learn how:

  • to use grade and swales on contour to focus on water movement
  • to work with water on the farm, instead of against it
  • water management will help mitigate the potential effects of climate change on your land
