Be advised this program has been created in partnership with Cornell Cooperative Extension Orange County to support parents and caregivers with resources and tools for raising children.
Come, engage, and collaborate as we learn and grow while building a resilient community around us. The first half of each session will consist of a brief presentation. The second half will be interactive, consisting of small and large group discussions about the practical implementation of resilience-related concepts, frameworks, and practices. The summer month themes will provide a space to regenerate and rejuvenate to internalize the concept of resilience and support participants’ well-being.
