The FreshRx Program aims to address food insecurity, improve diet-related health outcomes, and reduce healthcare usage and costs. Nutrition and cooking classes are available free of cost for all interested community members upon registration. Eligible participants can earn up to $240 in nutrition incentives for attending 12 workshops.
Cooking Matters in Your Community will be held at multiple locations in 2024. Attend up to 6 classes to complete the series (see below):
