Farmers' Markets

Every week during the growing season our communities can enjoy the freshest seasonal fruits, vegetables, herbs, bedding plants, perennials, and fresh-cut flowers that are grown locally and many organic. Our talented crafters offer body botanicals, soaps, fine millinery, pottery, handbags, candles, jewelry, and crafts. The local farms produce delicious cheeses, yogurt, jams, wines, maple syrup, honey, free-range eggs, fish, pork, poultry, and beef. Then there are the specialty foods that will have you coming back time and again for quiches, soups, sauces, breads, pastries, cookies, and barbecue. The farmers’ markets are more than just for purchasing your produce. They are a gathering place for friends and neighbors to relax and converse, enjoy a pastry, cookie or homemade ice cream.
