Malinda Ware is a Program Director at CCE Sullivan County and a Cornell University Statewide DE&IB Facilitator. She has been employed at CCESC since 2017 while working briefly with CCEOC. Malinda graduated with Masters in Business Administration (MBA), BA In Integrated Marketing, and a graduate of the Diversity and Inclusion for HR and CCE Health Essentials from the School of Industrial and Labor Relations Cornell University. Finally, Malinda serves as the CCESC DE&I chairperson delivering professional development to staff.

She currently serves as a Human Rights Commissioner of Newburgh, and a former Newburgh Housing Authority Commissioner, and has been volunteering for several community-based organizations for more than 35 years. Malinda is very involved in her community and since the pandemic, she founded the UJIMA Children’s Literacy program partnering with the Newburgh Free Library.
