Erica assists food-based startups in the Catskills Kitchen Food Business Incubator. Erica has developed workshops and formed relationships with dozens of vendors and small scale food processors. She has empowered 200 food-based businesses to meet NYS Dept. of Health and USDA licensing standards, and has secured over 30 entrepreneurs for the Catskills Kitchen.
Erica has 20 years of experience in food retail, preservation, and customer service and enjoys cooking, gardening, and raising chickens. She lives in Bloomingburg with her husband, Justin and dogs, Mako and Cora.
