About Sullivan Fresh:

Our mission is to make affordable fresh fruits and vegetables easily available to communities within Sullivan County, while creating a sustainable sales market for local farmers. The Sullivan Fresh Market on the Move (mobile farmers’ market) parks at four designated locations each week (Wednesday's stops listed above). CCESC staff, along with our partners, address barriers to farmers market use and access to fresh fruits and vegetables through outreach, nutrition education, cooking demonstrations and multi-lingual materials at the market stops.

CCE Sullivan manages the SNAP and Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) at the Sullivan Fresh Farmers’ Markets. Those who receive SNAP/EBT benefits are able to redeem their benefits for wooden tokens, which can be used like cash throughout the market on eligible items which include: fruits, vegetables, meat, eggs, cheese, bread, and more. In addition, those who meet income requirements may receive a booklet of FMNP or Senior FMNP checks to use on fruits and vegetables at the market.
