Power Tools for Caregivers will be will have six class sessions via Zoom. 

Family caregivers, by taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. Six class sessions are held once a week led by experienced class leaders Bonnie Lewis and Liliam Stettner. Class participants will have access to The Caregiver Helpbook and additional caregiver resources.

  • The class will give you tools to help:
  • Reduce Stress
  • Improve Self-Confidence
  • Manage Time, Set Goals, and Solve Problems
  • Better Communicate Their Feelings
  • Locate Helpful Resources
  • Make Tough Decisions

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.

This program is supported through funding from the NYS and Sullivan county offices for the aging.
