CCE Sullivan prioritizes the health, safety, and well-being of the communities we serve. Given the uncertainty surrounding COVID-19, and due to an abundance of caution, all CCE Sullivan public activities are postponed until further notice. This includes 4-H, Caregiver Resource Center, and Catskills Kitchen activities. We will announce new dates as soon as we have them. Powerful Tools for Caregivers gives you the skills to take care of yourself while caring for someone else. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. 

The class will give you the tools to help you: 

• Reduce stress
• Improve self-confidence
• Manage time
• Set goals and solve problems
• Better communicate your feelings 
• Make tough decisions
• Locate helpful resources

This co-partnered program between Cornell Cooperative Extension and Office for the Aging of Sullivan County is supported by a grant from the NYS Office for the Aging’s Caregiver Program.
