This Alzheimer's Support Group will be a virtual meeting on ZOOM.
Do you care for a loved one who is confused, disoriented, sleeping poorly, or is demonstrating difficult behaviors such as anxiety, agitation, aggression, or wandering? Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County’s Caregiver Resource Center, in collaboration with the Alzheimer’s Association Hudson Valley Chapter, hosts two monthly meetings for caregivers assisting an individual with Alzheimer's disease or any form of dementia.
These virtual meetings are being conducted by ZOOM conferencing and participants can join by phone or internet. The groups provide an opportunity to chat with others who can offer helpful suggestions and a safe space to share.
Meetings are offered on the second Monday of the month at 4 p.m.
