Gluten Free Baking

  • Saturday, June 22, 2019, 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Danielle and Jennifer, from Natural Contents and True Food Collective, will teach hands-on Gluten Free Baking.   Replacing gluten-containing foods with naturally gluten-free whole grains (like brown rice, corn, buckwheat, and quinoa) instead of processed gluten-free products should improve the nutritional quality of a gluten-free diet.  Participants will use farm fresh local strawberries to make Strawberry Coconut Oat Macaroons, Vanilla Custard & Strawberries Ice Box Cake, and Strawberry Shortcake.

Program fees support the cost of instructors, refreshments, materials, and facilities.
