Join us in learning the ins and outs of starting your own food truck/trailer or catering business!

The Department of Health will go over the rules and regulations of getting started and 

what type of permit is required. We will go over commissary kitchens and why it is required. CCE will also discuss the Catskills Kitchen Food Business Incubator Program including how to get started renting and costs. Local Lady Eatery will talk about starting a catering business and food trailer.
