Selling Farmland for Realtors

  • Wednesday, May 1, 2019, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM

Realtors looking to sell farmland will experience a "Lunch and Learn" style class with lunch provided.

CCE Sullivan Ag staff will present the different types of farmers looking to buy land in Sullivan County (hobby vs. commercial), how to make a distinction between a town and village, about ag districts/zoning/assessment, and the significance of disclosing if land is within 500 feet of an ag district.

Cost is $20 per person. Program fees support the cost of instructors, refreshments, materials, and facilities.

Space is limited for this program and paid registration is required in advance. Registration can be completed online.

Anyone can enroll in CCESC for an annual contribution of $25. Additional donations for CCESC programs are appreciated.

Contact the CCESC office to request any special accommodations.
