CLASS FULL: Homemade Pasta Making for Kids

Youth (ages 10-12) learn how to make homemade pasta. They will learn how to make dough, use a pasta maker, prepare a basic sauce, and cook the pasta in the state-of-the-art Catskills Kitchen.
Participants will sample what they have prepared. Participants will also make dough to bring home.
Cost is $5 per youth. Program fees support the cost of instructors, refreshments, materials, and facilities.
Space is limited for this program and paid registration is required in advance. Registration can be completed online. Additional donations for CCESC programs are appreciated.
