Catskills Kitchen Open House

A shared-use kitchen is a legally licensed commercial kitchen space that is certified for the production of value-added food products and catering. Shared-use kitchens can create positive economic, environmental, social, and health effects for communities.
Food entrepreneurs and community members are invited to a Catskills Kitchen Open House on Wednesday, June 27 and September 12, 2018 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. The Catskills Kitchen Food Business Incubator, Sullivan County’s first commercial kitchen and interactive classroom, is located at Cornell Cooperative Extension Sullivan County’s Education Center on 64 Ferndale-Loomis Road in Liberty.
Guests can tour the state-of-the-art facility, meet the staff, and ask questions about equipment, licensing, product testing, technical assistance, and more.
