This unique eight week series will involve warmup exercises, demonstration, and practice of six basic movements of Tai Chi for Arthritis in an ADA compliant and comfortable room. Each participant will receive hand outs and view DVD provided by Arthritis Foundation of Dr. Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis program.
