Ashley is an East Coast native, with a background in communications and photography. Ashley has worked in natural resource conservation and affordable housing, before delving deeper into her passion for sustainable agriculture and nutrition.
After living throughout the States, she found roots in the Catskill Mountains, where she has immersed herself in local agriculture, working directly on farms and in restaurants and as a coordinator and educator with several Delaware Valley regional non-profits.
Ashley is a yogi, avid cyclist, writer, and gardener. She serves as a board member of the Catskill Food Hub and she resides in Livingston Manor, NY where she practices herbal medicine in her spare time.
