Marylin Jones is a 4-H Program Coordinator within CCESC’s Department of Youth and Families. Her position offers support to 4-H members, club leaders, and volunteers in addition to coordinating educational opportunities such as Public Presentations, Youth Project Exhibit Evaluations, International Night, and the CCESC/4-H Intergenerational Textile Project. As a member of the New York State Association of CCE 4-H Educators, she sits on the Mentorship Committee, the NYS 4-H Capital Days Committee, and is currently Chair of the South East District of 4-H Educators. As member of the National Association of Extension 4-H Agents, she participates in the NAE4-HA task force in Communications and Expressive Arts. She felt very honored to receive a Distinguished Service Award from both of these professional associations in 2017.
Marylin received her Bachelor’s degree from Vassar College. She lives in Grahamsville with her husband Rob, enjoying fiber/textile pursuits and the great outdoors!
