CANCELLED: Wholesale Success for Vegetable and Produce Farms

This program is cancelled. We will revisit this program in the future to reschedule.

This program will increase knowledge to farms who will sell wholesale products to institutions, restaurants, groceries, and hubs.

Presenters Liz Higgings, Ag Business Management Extension Specialist, ENCHP, and Michelle Proscia, Ag Educator with CCE Sullivan, will present on the ins and outs of selling wholesale and the benefits of scaling up. Including record keeping, labeling and grading, packing and post-harvest handling for wholesale success.
