National Family Caregivers Month Theme: #BeCareCurious
We provide an encouraging atmosphere where family caregivers can ask questions, explore options and share in the care decisions that affect well-being of their loved ones.
Karen Holden, Training and QI Coordinator for Sullivan County Public Health Services will speak about our county's long term care services, including the Certified Home Health Agency/CHHA, and accessing help to develop a 'Care Plan'.
Caregivers and their care recipient are invited to enjoy non-alcoholic beverages and delicious desserts provided by Yiasou Café!
