Join us for this regional agricultural opportunity!
A full day offering a range of information and hands-on activities, including a Necropsy. We will be joined by tatiana Stanton, Small Ruminant Extension Specialist of Cornell University and Catskill Veterinary Services.
Topics include:
- Beginners Sheep & Goat
- On Farm Vet Med Care
- Diseases
- Parasite Control & FAMACHA
- Ethnic Markets
- General Maintenance (Hoof Care, Disbudding, etc.)
Open to all regional sheep and goat owners and producers, from beginner to more advanced.
Registration includes lunch and program materials: $40 for current CCE enrollees/$45 for non-enrollees, and youth are FREE with an adult.
