Dairy Processing Regulations

A great follow-up to the Artisan Cheese-Making Workshop from December, this class is great for dairy farmers or anyone in the food business.

Participants will learn:

  • New York State rules and regulations on dairy products
  • How to make milk and cheese legally
  • Equipment needed to get started

Cost is $10 per person.

Space is limited and pre-registration with non-refundable payment is required in advance. Seats are only guaranteed with payment. Payment can be made in advance by check, cash, or credit. Additional donations for CCESC programs are appreciated.

Anyone can enroll in CCESC for an annual contribution of $25 per household.

In the event of financial hardship or special needs, the public should contact the office.
